Everything you’ve done has paid off (and I hope you’re proud of that). And yet, you still find yourself stuck in autopilot sometimes. Negative self-talk starts, you mistake fear for truth, and somehow you end up just doing what you’re “supposed to”.

I’m Marlana
I’ve spent the last decade+ learning, implementing and teaching mental health and wellness, personal development and behavioral change, all while working full time through my education, unlearning what I was taught about success, building my own life and growing my own family.
I combine my education and training in the mental health field with my own personal experiences and insights to help you identify where you are, where you want to be and most importantly, how you want to feel when you get there.
I live in the Pittsburgh area with my husband, daughter and son. If you’re wondering if I’ve done mindset work around working hard, traditional roles and expectations and being seen - absolutely.
Through trial and error and with a great deal of humility and resilience, I have been able to redefine myself from one season of life to the next. There will always be more to learn and more ways to grow and I am grateful to have built the confidence and self-trust necessary to welcome it.
I have healed, learned and grown with the help of amazing leaders along the way, and I love helping my insightful and courageous clients do the same.
